what should i use to polish/clean my bey.would mires spray work?

For the metal parts I use metal polish cream. But beware, dont hit the plastic parts. They could get milky and washed out. Use a cotton stick.

what about the plastic parts
and i dont have polish cream i have mrs meyers spray, dedergent,dial soap, and boot polish which one would work

you can clean your metal disk using a toothbrush and some lime juice and baking soda
