No, spiral’ is terrible. Also there are so many other attack drivers such as Xtreme’, Jolt’,and Destroy’ that are way better

It's worse than Zt' Z' B' DS' and A' for tornado stalling and it's worse than Jl' X' Hn' and Qc' for KO attack. So no I do not think it's any good

It's good at making noises (I like that!). Else, the alternatives by Bladerbill and henwooja1 are better
