It's got awful burst resistance, the burst stopper is super weak.

What does that mean? 

It means that he launched bey A first for round one, and bey B first for second round and so on. Basically, he alternately launched the beys first as he (maybe) did the test by himself an couldn't launch both beys at the same time.
