BGrin can perform exceptionally depending on its opponent.

And you can't use Meteo L-Drago in the same combo as L-Drago Destroy/Guardian, but you can in the same Track-Bottom setup. ;/)
I don't believe that it's as effective, though, due to the major differences in weight between the Wheels.

SD has barely no competitive use anymore. Hell Kerbecs BD145 (BoostMode) WD used to be a top tier stamina combo but has been outclassed.

Beys depend on performance, not looks. Blitz Pegasis II TH170RDF would be really bad considering its a AtkDef Hybrid with Blitz and RDF.

There's no best Flash Attack combo. Your choices of Track and Bottom should be of your own preference, not of other peoples'.
But what do you mean by outclassed? If you mean it was beaten by Diablo, then that's no surprise. Diablo's heavier, so of course between the two, it's the least likely to go flying out.

A Burn wheel instead of Earth (Stamina) would also suffice. Although, yes, Burn was outclassed by Earth, then Earth outclassed by others later on.

Lightning L-Drago 90/100/GB145RF would also be GREAT for Attack.

And that's just about it with that...

Your very best combo would be an Attack combo, MF-H Fang Kerbecs C145R2F, assuming it's the Takara Tomy Fang. If it's Hasbro, then you should use MF-H Hades Kerbecs BD145(Attack Mode)R2F instead.

You didn't state which Fang you had, so you could either make the Balance combo MF-H Hades Kerbecs BD145(Attack Mode)CS, or the Attack combo MF-H Ray Kerbecs GB145R2F.

You didn't state which Fang you had, so you could either make the Balance combo MF-H Hades Kerbecs BD145(Attack Mode)CS, or the Attack combo MF-H Ray Kerbecs GB145R2F.
