Looking to buy one of these stadiums, have always wanted one but could never ge a hold of one, if anyone is offering, please let me know

I have this stadium, which is very similar to the BB10:

I have a clear BB10, but it has a few rips on it because I have had it for a very long time. Would you like that instead? If so, what would you offer for it?

if you could provide a picture i could give my offer, but as it goes right now id be willing to pay 40-50 depending on the damage.
