You can do this as many times you want apparently. Currently on my 11th Celebi. Haven't even got the error message and it seems to be working fine.
Seems like the guy will be hosting other event Pokémon in the future as well.

Did anyone else see the bundle they're selling with the games? Biggest rip off if you ask me. First of all, who doesn't have a DS yet? And if you don't, why wouldn't you just wait two weeks for the 3DS, it does everything the DSi does and more.
