Ok, so I've been trying to wear down my volcanic' but it doesn't seem to be working properly. I feel like the performance stays exactly the same when I started. Can anyone help me out with this?

How are you wearing it down? Naturally, stationary launcher revving or using another method involving rotary tools? It takes a long time and the edges of the inner shaft should be worn down too, in order to reduce friction.
Probably just keep doing what you're doing and eventually you'll get it to where you want it to be.

I good technique is to tilt launch/slide shoot(preferably) constantly with a heavy disk and heavy and/or unbalanced layer ex: wV, bX, eF.
