00 proof because since 00 is really heavy it works amazingly with attack types and proof will help with LAD

Actually i think 00Expand is better because expand has more LAD than proof but i still use 00 Proof a lot more than 00Expand

Depends. If you don't scrape, expand might be better. Can you tell what driver you are using?

I tried out this combo Dh 00p h' and it beat Hs 10p at. It was mostly spin finishes and usually dead hades was the one that outlasted hell salamander.
It also beats it with ds'

On both Hold' and Destroy' I'd recommend 00Expand
