Beycrafter's right, this was known for a while. It's just a piece of the Anniversary Set they released a short time ago (as seen in your second pic), and has yet to be released anywhere else. I already happen to have so many of the OG remakes that getting so many of them again would just be silly, which makes it really irritating to get for me.
