230 is too high for that combo to be effective, but it isvery heavy and fast so I will give you a CH120, so it will be very reactive to high and low combos.

Unfortunately I do not possess LRF, so it will be substituted for R2F, as it is almost identical in performance.

1. heavy weight
2. reverse rotation
3. good contact potential

No it is not, Lightning is compatible only with the L-Drago I energy ring, Meteo with L-Drago II or L-Drago II Rush Version. The L-Drago series can only perform with the energy ring+fusion wheel type that the bey comes with.

There are 3 total L-Drago II wheels: Absorb (the standard wheel), Rush, and Assault. You sorta missed the Assault version.
