Hi. So I just got my gold winning Valkyrie 1' Operate today and I was wondering if I could find a level chip anywhere since they're pretty rare. Though I don't know if they affect battles or not it doesn't matter to me. Thanks.

I think this is the cheapest price for a level chip. This chip is red in color

You can get a level chip with the Emperor Forneus from B-130 RB13.

Any of the ones $15 and up from a seller with at least 1000 rating should be good.
Don't spend $28 on the chip alone.
