Both the starting and end years for gen 1-2 is when they first aired/came out globally and ended globally and 2017 is when burst aired/came out globally. Because for each gen that aired in japan it aired and ended a year before global did. So
Plastic gen-(2001-2003) JP, (2002-2004) global
Metal fight- (2009-2012)JP, (2010-2013) global
Burst-(2016-2022???) JP, (2017-2023) global
So could 2023 be referring to global(QD) since 2023 would be the time QD would finish its own season Dub. Because since the start date is 2017 wouldn’t that be referring to hasbro/global instead of japan which is 2016?

I honestly think her flaws were harder to notice by the fact that she was the first major female blader in Burst (which took six Burst anime seasons to get to...), after the wow factor of that wears off, she ends up not having that much to her. However, DB still isn't finished yet, so for all we know, she could suddenly get more.
