His voice sounded weird and Kai-V suggested that he had a cold, when recording that scene. It was highly believeable, considering it sounded like he had something stuck up his nose Uncertain

Actually, Carman Melville sorta went up a few points up my credibility spectrum, because Ryuuga's insane laugh didn't sound so bad, but that could have been influenced by Reale's disappointing acting...

Still, Nelvana was good and made Mizuchi's voice much, much better.


Also, some parts of episode 45 in the dub were ridiculous ... At some point Kyouya yells something to either Ryuuga or Tsubasa near the end, but his voice is so "affected-by-years-of-smoking" that nobody would have heard him from where he was standing among the audience ... Talk to yourself.

That's right! Even though Mizuchi kinda sounds like Kyouya himself, he does sound an awful lot better than he did in Japanese, which is freakin' rare.

I know right? He sounds like a girl in he Japanese version. It's weird that an an english dub voice in BMF actually sounds good

all of the voice acting is terrible in the dub. Mr Reale is the only one who is good but his voice doesnt even fit his character (after watching more episodes i agreed with Kai-V) Reale was much better of with Kai Hiwatari, and that still was not a perfect fit.

Yuu is just...ugh so annoying

Douji is an illeterate moron with a voice that drives me insane. i hope he dies later on in the anime lol

I hope Ryuuga's regular personality has a different voice actor, cause i cant listen to his voice anymore. so much cringing...

the only thing i can say i am impressed by is that the dub did not turn the guy who uses Poison Serpent into an actual snake sounding person. (constant hissing and what not) basicly, what benkei does for Bulls, but in this case, for snakes. thank god that necer happened.

btw did any other voice actors from the original series' come back for MFB? if so, who did they play in both series?

Jack is not like Daidouji or Merci. Kyouya then and Zeo are still different.

It seems the anime has to exaggerate things a lot sometimes to be more "sensationalistic" than the manga, I suppose.


Also, does Tsubasa always call his Beyblade "my eagle", or did I not hear that correctly ?

This is the most funny thing about MFB , Masamune a citizen of USA but Japanese by race joins the Japanese team , Kyuya joins the african team WTH & now Ryuga will i think join the American team , sorry for this guys i didn't see ep 88 & 89 till now so don't know if he did join it , this is really bonkers , why & how did kyuya & ryuga go to africa & USA [ 1st ryuga went to Europe of course were he meets gingka ] respectively & wonder the countries like they were born there & have their citizenship , don't cops do their job in those countries were is the immigration department sorry if i am off topic but had to get this out of my system

Yuu sound better in both the series thank god for that , but in the MFB series he sounds a bit like a girl but in it's BMF counterpart he sounds like a boy

Kyouyas team flopped he may return , coz they still haven't shown gingka v/s kyouya in a one on one tournament , anyway if ryuga joins Team GGG then who will be left out of the team , does masamune join the US Team , sorry i am waiting for a smaller size file of episode 89 so didn't watch it

It looks as if Yuu and Tsubasa are definitely unconcious like in the manga, so they would be unable to play.

I think Kyouya versus Ginga would have to wait until the next season, mainly because another Ginga versus Ryuuga needs to happen as well.

Man this stinks how can gingka team up with a man that almost kills his dad , with all respect to ryuga , he is just epic & i like him better than gingka but still , no one would team up with him , i kinda hate this forgive & forget approach of anime , no matter how serious the crime if the villain is a popular character he can get away with anything , like kai when no one even hate him that much when he stole 7 bit beasts with the help of black dranzer

Changing voice actors in the middle of the season is just about the stupidest thing to do. I know it happens, maybe the original dubber is dead, or something, but the problem is that everyone will notice!

Without mentionning the fact that the voice actually got worse...
