Should I get winning valkyrie or z Achilles? Can't make my mind up.

U should get Cho Z Valkyrie because its the best choice

Cho-Z Valkyrie has an excellent layer and a weak disk and driver (until somewhat worn, where its driver becomes decent). Z Achilles is weak all-around with the only useful part being its driver, and even that is only good if you get the upgrading chip from the B-123 launcher set and have good Stamina-based layers and competitive disks to use with it.
Z Achilles is better if you don't have Xtend and have powerful Stamina-based parts to support it and the Xtend upgrade chip. Cho-Z Valkyrie is better in any other situation.

Achilles, while it is a good bey in the show, has been proven to be the second worst bey to battle with. Valkrie all the way!
