I actually just redid the testing, and it was salamander that could outspin hercules, not balkesh.
but still, that means theres more to hercules being good than just the weight. the amazing outward weight and round shape is probably harder to spin steal too.

10 Et-S would most likely win in same spin, but in opposite spin 0W Br is the king

Do you want the same combos besides the tip? I can do F3.0.At Vs F3.0.Et-S. Though At would most likely win, Et just lacks stamina in general compared to revolve, orbit, atomic, and probably some other things too.

In the first section, Hercules H4 never got past 40% against its opponents. In the second section, Hercules H4 was 50/50 with Caynox C3, but Xcalius X3 still did better. Because of these results, I don't think Hercules H4 should be used over what's currently top-tier for Hasbro Layers. But in the event of what's top-tier getting banned, especially in Burst Limited's case, I can see Hercules H4 possibly being used in the absence of Layers such as Garuda G3, Balkesh B3, and Spryzen Requiem S3.
