I have a few questions about tournaments.
1: are you allowed to use a marble instead of a bey?
2: are turbo beys allowed?
3: are we allowed to throw debris into the stadium during a battle?
4: are we allowed to use hasbro beys?

The only things allowed to throw debris in the middle of battle are Revive Phoenix and Dead Phoenix, when their armor ring pops off.

Alr Grant, if you feel like throwing debris, have phoenix, if you want marbles use Zillion Zeutron

You cannot use modify Beyblades in WBO tournaments. I don't recommend you to do that.
2. Are Turbo Beyblades allowed?
You can use all Hasbro and Takara Tomy Beyblades in WBO tournaments.
3. Are we allowed to throw debris into the stadium during a battle?
You are not allowed throw debris into the stadium and touch the stadium during the battle is prohibited.
4. Are we allowed to use Hasbro beys?
All Hasbro and Takara Tomy Beyblades is allowed in WBO tournaments.
