As the title suggests, I want to know exactly what type of metal is used in Takara Tomy's discs.

Zinc alloy, the most common choice for diecast metal toys these days. This applies to the Weight Disks of Plastics and HMS, as well as the Metal Wheels, Metal Faces, and Chrome Wheels of MFB.
