Why are competitive aH combos so weird? - Ranch+Kerbeus - Oct. 30, 2018

In the winning combinations at official events thread, Archer Hercules is a very strong Stamina Energy Layer and is seen often, but the combinations aren’t like other Stamina combinations.

- Often uses Eternal; few Bearings and Atomics.
- Doesn’t use top tier Core Discs like 5, 7, 10, and 0. I often see it using 13.
- No Disc Frame.
- No Level Chip most of the time.

What’s the deal with aH?

#1. Because Eternal works well with aH.
#2. I’ve seen more 10 and 7 winning combos than 13. Maybe because new bladers are using stock combos, because it is their first bey.
#3. Eternal has more LAD than any frame.
#4. Level Chips are expensive.

Also, since eternal is such a short driver, adding a frame risks scraping and therefore losing stamina

i know aH is officially a stamina layer
but i think it’s more useful to think of it as a defense layer with high stamina

? Stamina-wise or LAD-wise?
