It would be extremely OP. Every combo would need Bearing' to survive in the meta. Then, it would be banned.

There's a reason why every prime driver released has been an Attack-based driver (sans the exception of Zeta' which is half-baked anyways). They need the resistance to handle their own recoil, especially if they're going to try and take down the likes of Archer Hercules and Hell Salamander. Defense Types and Stamina types need some sort of weakness, and they don't currently have much of one.
Bearing in particular comes with a weaker than normal spring likely for a similar balance reason, especially given what happened with Bearing Drive/B
from the Metal Saga. That tip just dominated Stamina completely and entirely, and Burst's Bearing is designed in a similar fashion. Strengthening Bearing's spring makes it lose its biggest weakness and leaves it without any comparison to anything else for Stamina, and it would become fairly dominant.
