In the rules it says the uter disc is banned. I have never seen it. It has no spot for a disc frame. It looks horrible performance-wise.

Outer is insanely good, it has incredible OWD (Outer Weight Distrubutuon) and great lad due to its circular appearance. It’s super good for stamina combinations, so it’s banned.
