Or Spryzen Requiem S3?
Also I need a full list of competetive God Layers.

First of all... I think this should be in Build Me A Combo #2...
Second of all... here are the answers
1. No, but good in Hasbro only.
2. Same as above.
3. Extremely. It is banned in wbo events. (Ok in wbba though)
Edit: Spriggan (not spryzen) requiem is allowed.
