That Fafnir.looks incredible! 8' looks like a mix of 7 and 8, Ab is a really wide looking driver, so it might be good, and the Fafnir layer looks cool and does have the spring gimmick, BUT I was wrong about how it worked, as the rubber parts are spring loaded and not the plastic underneath.

One detail I adore is that Fafnirs jaws close when the rubber is pressed, so if it spin steals, it's almost as if Fafnir is eating up the beyblades energy.

Or might be even BETTER ! ( My only doubt is the fact that Fafnir can break its wing ( if the springs holding it ,gets WEAK ))

I actually thought Fafnir would have more metal but the claw details in the middle look more like painted silver plastic, and it's less shiny than the actual metal in front of the heads.

By the way has anyone else noticed the thinness of the 8' underside is? The part that fits frames on has walls as thin as the 12 disk.

I noticed the thinness of the disc, but didn't really give it that much thought.

The gimmic looks a little underwhelming in my opinion. But the fact that the dragon heads 'bite down" when the rubber wings are pushed in is quite cool and cute in a way.

I think this release might be quite balanced. It'll probably lose in pure stamina to aH, but not to hS and rP. But when going for a LAD setup it might beat aH and then in turn lose to hS. Also, if the teeth are like eF, it'll probably get countered by bL and nL. Or maybe who knows, it could be turned into a left-spin attack setup

I have to disagree, the shape of Fafnir as well as having rubber on the layer is going make it weak against hS, another left spin in terms of stamina.

gF's gimmick looks neat, but I can't say the same for 8’ and Absorb. I'd be willing to bet that using Geist Fafnir with the Destroy’ from the upcoming Switch game will be a common sight at tournaments when they're both out.
