I honestly don’t know, it does decent against Fafnir and Surge Xcalius, but I really don’t know if it could be used competitively..

Not really, and it's mostly because of it's rising shield. Though, the slopes of Jinnius are good and can fit nicely with Orbit, but you probably won't go far with Jinnius.

When the gimmick is up the bey is super tall and unstable. I keep trying to find a way to use it but it won't out spin anything, even if it can take super hard hits and not burst

Hmm, I guess you’re right about that, but in its stock combo it can outspin Drain Fafnir also in its stock combo, so I don’t know if there could be a certain combo where it counters Fafnir very well.
