Hey if the sparking chips are universal (can combine with the gamma base and with the rings, because they look the same if you look well) they are probably gonna release a hybrid

I don't think Sparking/Superking Strike exist, why is there Surge Strike?
For Lucius, maybe Vexing Wall, Vexing Crush and Vexing Doom? 
And Double Attack isn't a special move...
