Best Defensive Combinations - Arcosst - May. 04, 2018
What are some of the best defense combinations? I do want to be competitive, but not to the point of just using the OP stuff. I am not wanting to use Garuda or Spriggan for this reason and also because they don't interest me. I do have Drain Fafnir but at least against the beys I have, it for some reason doesn't perform super well no matter how hard or soft I launch it. I am leaning towards a right spin bey as well. What other layers/combinations are really good for defense? I was looking into Deep Chaos but not sure how it typically performs against barrage and smash attacks. Any ideas?

Deep Chaos is pure stamina only, it can't handle anything too aggressive
Your best bets are either Alter Chronos 0/2/4/5/7 Cross/Glaive Atomic/Orbit for Right Spin Defense and Arc Bahamut 0/2/4/5/7 Bearing for Left Spin Defense

Yeah I've heard good things about Alter Chronos. Is it because it has good teeth?

Excellent teeth, decent stamina and a low recoil shape. However, while it's still plenty competitive, it's no longer top-tier, more mid-tier now

If you're looking for a cheap alter chronos I got mine about 2 months ago on eBay from skyliners2012 and it came in a week
