RE: General Hasbro BEYBLADE: Metal... Metal Fury/ Shogun Steel - FALL 2013 [HOBBY] - Ingulit - Jun. 15, 2013 (Jun. 13, 2013 4:01 PM)Raigeko13 Wrote: I really hope the new face design stops face breakage a lot, breaking Zero-G faces was/still is a big problem for Zero-G. I don't see how they'll help here, but as long as it works, I'm good. Oh my goodness I hadn't even thought about that, that would be phenomenal! I still don't understand why it's such an issue... I guess it has more stress due to having to be longer? RE: General Hasbro BEYBLADE: Metal... Metal Fury/ Shogun Steel - FALL 2013 [HOBBY] - Temporal - Jun. 16, 2013 Possibly the increased metal? I mean, it would be harder for the plastic to absorb the extra shock from heavier metal hitting heavier metal compared to most beyblades. I would think the less rigid (and less circular) shaping would not help. RE: General Hasbro BEYBLADE: Metal... Metal Fury/ Shogun Steel - FALL 2013 [HOBBY] - Niteblade - Jun. 16, 2013 (Jun. 16, 2013 4:43 AM)Temporal Wrote: Possibly the increased metal? I would think the less rigid (and less circular) shaping would not help. agree. also im guessing it has to do with the diamond-like shape. i dont know, feels too small for me. plus its a bit longer. i have only broken 1 Stone Face, and it was when my Saramanda Saramanda got KO'd from a table (rule breaker, lol). as soon as the bey hit the floor the face broke in 2. this has never happened to me with standard face bolts. although i used to experience some bending in them, which isnt an issue with stone faces. so it would be a huge improvement if that "+'' shape helps the breakage problem. RE: General Hasbro BEYBLADE: Metal... Metal Fury/ Shogun Steel - FALL 2013 [HOBBY] - Temporal - Jun. 16, 2013 I would hope that the plastic is better at absorbing shock from collision and not simply eating all that stress. Not sure if the shape would help, unless it redistributes said shock better... RE: General Hasbro BEYBLADE: Metal... Metal Fury/ Shogun Steel - FALL 2013 [HOBBY] - Kai-V - Jun. 16, 2013 Eh, guys, the "Shogun Face Bolt" only seems different at the top where the actual Face is, not at the screw section, no ? As such, how would it make anything different about it breaking or getting stuck ? RE: General Hasbro BEYBLADE: Metal... Metal Fury/ Shogun Steel - FALL 2013 [HOBBY] - Temporal - Jun. 16, 2013 I was more thinking about the material itself. Or maybe the plastic is more dense around the screw part. It is possible that the shape would help distribute the shock absorbed from a collision, I would imagine. I doubt it, but I think it might be something worth looking into. RE: General Hasbro BEYBLADE: Metal... Metal Fury/ Shogun Steel - FALL 2013 [HOBBY] - Leone19 - Jun. 16, 2013 I think it will be interesting if they released a metal shogun face. RE: General Hasbro BEYBLADE: Metal... Metal Fury/ Shogun Steel - FALL 2013 [HOBBY] - Izhkoort - Jun. 17, 2013 all I could see useful of hasbro's shogun face bolt (at least because how it looks) is for making a nice custom beyblade with "Dark Knight" RE: General Hasbro BEYBLADE: Metal... Metal Fury/ Shogun Steel - FALL 2013 [HOBBY] - Niteblade - Jun. 17, 2013 Well, personally I don't care that much about the face. Knowing Hasbro it will certainly not be an improvement. But I'm being optimist. I will be happy enough if they make the beys as good as Takara Tomy's. Would be really nice if Hasbro actually released a good Zero-G stadium, which will likely not happen. The current one seems too small to be comfortable to play in, and those pocket-thingy seems to interfere with the sway. But if Hasbro made a Metal Stone Face (not likely), that would make up for it IMO. RE: General Hasbro BEYBLADE: Metal... Metal Fury/ Shogun Steel - FALL 2013 [HOBBY] - Flambo. - Jun. 17, 2013 Turns out Hasbro did make a Zero-G like stadium. The stadium is in the Samurai Cyclone Set. Maybe this could be Hasbro's chance to be as good as Takara Tomy.....or not. RE: General Hasbro BEYBLADE: Metal... Metal Fury/ Shogun Steel - FALL 2013 [HOBBY] - Dual - Jun. 17, 2013 Um we've know about it for a long long time, and the stadium is still nowhere near as good as TT's, though it is an improvement. RE: General Hasbro BEYBLADE: Metal... Metal Fury/ Shogun Steel - FALL 2013 [HOBBY] - Tri - Jun. 17, 2013 Actually it's not known if its "near as good" or not. It still needs testing. RE: General Hasbro BEYBLADE: Metal... Metal Fury/ Shogun Steel - FALL 2013 [HOBBY] - Dual - Jun. 17, 2013 Well yah, but the fact is, the pockets are still there, and it doesn't sway as much. RE: General Hasbro BEYBLADE: Metal... Metal Fury/ Shogun Steel - FALL 2013 [HOBBY] - Achi-baba - Jun. 17, 2013 Can someone test Sythe(hollow) PegasusII CH145WD for reverse spin steal? I know it has some noticeable reverse spin steal, but I would like to know to what extent it works and what type of left spin bey is this quality most prevalent in. RE: General Hasbro BEYBLADE: Metal... Metal Fury/ Shogun Steel - FALL 2013 [HOBBY] - Pinoy Blader - Jun. 18, 2013 Just bought it. They say they have it on hand actually. Could this mean theyre being released early? RE: General Hasbro BEYBLADE: Metal... Metal Fury/ Shogun Steel - FALL 2013 [HOBBY] - Snoop Dog MS - Jun. 19, 2013 I think the Stadium for Zero-G that Hasbro has is a smart idea. I mean... there are young kids playing. For all we know if here were holes in the stadium the beyblade would hit a kids hand. RE: General Hasbro BEYBLADE: Metal... RE: General Hasbro BEYBLADE: Metal... Metal Fury/ Shogun Steel - FALL 2013 [HOBBY] - Naijalak - Jun. 19, 2013 I finally got word back from my Hasbro rep, and all she had to say was: "I don’t have any info about the releases but I do know that product availability varies by market and retailer, so it is possible that you are seeing some of the fall product already.
