RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters/Metal Fury [HOBBY] - Hazel - Mar. 31, 2012

VariAres doesn't look too different either, but from the extremely low-quality stock images, it's difficult to tell what's going on with Scythe.

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters/Metal Fury [HOBBY] - Janstarblast - Mar. 31, 2012

Hazel- Wow, are Phantom pics out too? I wonder where you saw them. I even searched, but to no avail...

Or wait, did you mistakenly see Scythe Kronos as Phantom?

Whatever happened to those colors and mode changes there, I am happy to see EDS intact. Smile

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters/Metal Fury [HOBBY] - Annoying-Fork - Mar. 31, 2012

I always hated the neon green on Scythe Khronos. Didn't fit Saturn at all. :X

Nice to see a charcoal/navy scheme.

Variares uses a creepy red color, makes sense considering it is based on Mars.

Lyre looks mellow for some reason, like almost opaque.

It was a typo, haha.

they are selling the destroyer dome in america: http://www.toysrus.com.au/beyblade-pts-destroyer-dome/w1/i1831682/

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters/Metal Fury [HOBBY] - Janstarblast - Mar. 31, 2012

@Apply Without- Well, whenever I actually saw the pictures of Saturn (the planet), the one with a much greener shade seemed to be predominant. Sooo.... :X

Wait, the bad news is(Step by Step data)-
Hasbro 4Ds will have no Mode Changes...
Look at VariAres. The three _____ (whatever they are called) are out.
This clearly means that VariAres would permanently remain in Defense Mode.
Final Result- EPIC FAIL!

Hazel- Oh, I get! But actually, the color of Kronos is extremely similar to Orion, so I won't be surprised if anyone ended up calling it Phantom. Wink

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters/Metal Fury [HOBBY] - Annoying-Fork - Mar. 31, 2012

Variares should be renamed Warrior, which'd show a little respect to collectors differentiation.

$64! That is expensive!
Also, the Screw Fox in there comes with 130D.

You forgot Beat Lynx!
http://www.toywiz.com/beatlynxad145wd.html

EDIT: For some reason, Beat Lynx has the normal BB- product code. Odd...

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters/Metal Fury [HOBBY] - Annoying-Fork - Mar. 31, 2012

Um, dude, they are not organized at all on the site. It barely shown up for me.

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters/Metal Fury [HOBBY] - Nuzumaki90 - Mar. 31, 2012

Did we not post Beat Lynx on purpose? http://www.toywiz.com/beatlynxad145wd.html

I kind of like the way they did Beat Lynx and Scythe Kronos, they made the PC Frames metal so I guess it should help with the weight. I'm just glad they kept EDS, just don't know why they changed the colors so much >.>

If I didn't know any better, I'd think these beys were made by GG or Rapidity.

Variares is my favorite out of all this Metal Fury mess, sure he doesn't have DGrin but eh, DGrin was useless anyway. Anyone else like how they replaced the yellow parts of Variares with red?

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters/Metal Fury [HOBBY] - Annoying-Fork - Mar. 31, 2012

It fits with being a Mars-themed Beyblade.

I just hope Jade Jupiter gets a prettier purple. The current one looks like a dollar store toy.

That is way too expensive.

Also, I seriously don't know what to think of this now.

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters/Metal Fury [HOBBY] - Janstarblast - Mar. 31, 2012

Um, luckily, Beat Lynx still maintains that golden-yellow color I love so much. Its a shame that they did not care to paint AD145. I might actually look forward to get this(considering the fact that I like Lynx only for its color), but it would still be saddening that it won't have TH170... Unhappy

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters/Metal Fury [HOBBY] - kbuno50 - Mar. 31, 2012

Wait, if everything PC-Like is turned into metal, could we have a 50 gram phantom on our hands?

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters/Metal Fury [HOBBY] - Janstarblast - Mar. 31, 2012

That was discussed already(probably th!nk mentioned it), but it doesn't seem to be possible.
Hasbro probably would check on the weight very well. I am sure that even with those changes happening, they'd try to keep the weight constant.
But even if the weight increases, as we discussed before, we might love to see it attack!

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters/Metal Fury [HOBBY] - Annoying-Fork - Mar. 31, 2012

I've pictured a regular Beat Lynx without the PC frame.

Yeah, horrible problems with the shape congruent factor.

They'd definitely changed the metal here....

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters/Metal Fury [HOBBY] - phantomcellistf - Mar. 31, 2012

Interesting... Beat Lynx is the only Metal Fury Bey using the original product code BB-109. Everything else is using the Hasbro numbering.

Edit... and of course this was posted already...

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters/Metal Fury [HOBBY] - Tris - Mar. 31, 2012

So.. Anyone think that VariAres will have it's mode changing wheel? And it'd still be L-R spin right? .__.
How about Scythe? Anyone think, you can put Takara Tomy's/Sono Kong's PC Frame on the Hasbro one?

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters/Metal Fury [HOBBY] - Annoying-Fork - Mar. 31, 2012

If it has neither function, then Hasbro Variares is just another Pre-HWS top...

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters/Metal Fury [HOBBY] - Nuzumaki90 - Mar. 31, 2012

IF you look closely at Hasbro's Variares compared to TaKARA Tomy's Variares, the 3 push-in points are out...but not as much as TT's Variares.

Maybe Hasbro's Variares is split between both Attack and Defense mode? Hasbro Mode I guess would be a semi-ok dub name.

It's called MS as in Metal System, not Pre-HWS.
And if it's contact points really are not as outward, then it's attack potential will plummet..but that could also cause less recoil, right?

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters/Metal Fury [HOBBY] - Anchor - Mar. 31, 2012

Looks like im getting only TT 4D Beys. Really Hasbro,Rapidity is better than you guys now,Rapidity,The Bootleg company!
All the Hasbro "Metal Fury" beys look Redonkulous, yes Redonkulous!

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters/Metal Fury [HOBBY] - reggie yi - Apr. 01, 2012

I think the hasbro version will have the mode change; I also think that it will be LR; they made Perseus (destroyer)LR so they shouldn't mess up variares in LR

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters/Metal Fury [HOBBY] - Anchor - Apr. 01, 2012

Despite changing and messing up the parts, the beys colors are wrong too lawl, they look just, just, well idk how to explain it,Redonkulous!
