Hasbro, this is outrageous. This is one of the worst things you have done to beyblade. No wait, it IS the worst thing you've done to it. Tornado Battlers and that electric carp we don't give a sol blaze about isn't really that bad. Completely transforming a beyblade series into something way different is completely pathetic. It's like giving a person a rock when they wanted some bread. We thought you were just going to mold the wheels into one part. Guess what? It would have been better only doing one thing wrong. In case anyone wanted to see the colors, for some reason ToyWiz marked all the Metal Fury beyblades as Zero-G.....
The Screw Fox looks fine with minimal color changes, probably one of the only Metal Fury beys I'll be getting.

EDIT: Time to go add these to the Hasbro Product list, considering they have the B- Product code even Fang Leone.

The funny thing is the Metal Masters seperate release for the Vulcan Wheel is with black paint. It's like they just don't care about Metal Fury.

I honestly don't know how you figure that Beywheelz had some effect on what happened to the 4D tops in their conversion to the Metal Fury line. It's not like Hasbro isn't releasing the 4D Beyblades in favour of Beywheelz. It's more so that they're releasing half of a 4D Beyblade, and Beywheelz. I can't come up with a situation where Beywheelz affects the general line.
I can't really come up with an explanation as to what happened to the 4D tops either. You think it's a money issue, but Hasbro could easily just release the 4D tops as they were in Japan in a premium line that bumps up the MSRP, and continue to flood the shelves with non-4D bottomed variants of those tops at the standard MSRP.

We can always look at them as entirely new wheels, since that's pretty much what they are..
The mold differences will surely cause different results, but whether or not for good or bad we do not know.
This is really the only POSITIVE thing I can find out of this situation.

I really do feel sorry for them all.
They will see EVERYTHING, on their television, and they will want it all; 4D parts such as Final Drive, Big Bang changing modes.. I can't believe it. It will legitimately be the ultimate tease for kids.

There is only one slim chance of hope. What we are seeing now are mock versions of the final product. It is possible that Hasbr has yet to produce thier molds of the 4D bottoms, as well as certain 4D wheels
If not, then what the @#$%? Hasbro has handeled Metal Masters so well, and then they go and pull this? Unacceptable!
I absoluteky refuse to believe that anything we are seeing now is a final product. Thse have to all be prototypes or mock ups...

They are not prototypes at all. It is always possible that they would later release an actual "Cosmic Pegasus F:D" as well as all the other actual parts, but it is really, highly improbable. Those "lesser versions" should come afterwards, not before the real Beyblades.

It is entirely possible.
They could be doing this then maybe release a set with the parts, but honestly, none of this makes sense..
