RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - DynaZord - Feb. 05, 2012 Hasbro >caters to the fun side of the hobby, not competitive >if it's the fun side, why do parts need to be good Just saying, the parts don't have to be good. All this Hasbro bashing gets on my nerves, tbh. If you don't like it, don't buy their products RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - madden610 - Feb. 05, 2012 Curious as to if anyone is going to be getting some fotage of the Beyworld championships made by Hasderp? I know on their website they're gonna have "Coverage" but I can guarantee if they comment on combos they will be bad/wrong. And they will probably act like the statidums are fantastic. And this wil screw anyone over watching and it would probably be better if they were just battle videos so you could mute and watch. However if someone inteligent from the WBO or something was filming then the viewer may not want to pull their hair out in frustration by listening to a hasderp representitive. Also if anyone is going maybe bring some good Japanese beys and an attack stadium and show them a good stadium that that Hasbro should be making compared to the carp above. RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - Annoying-Fork - Feb. 05, 2012 I agree with CRUelty on everything, this thread might have to be replaced because of the Rhetoric and fanboy notions all over the place. RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - LeonTempest - Feb. 05, 2012 Enough with the Hasboderp posts already. Every single one of you have made it aware that you have never liked Hasbro to begin with a long time ago. There is no reason to keep restating that, especialy when you are no longer even commenting on the actual stadium itself anymore... These are rather stupid, but a good marketing scheme. Beyblade XTS was advertized as a "skater-bro" type thing. These stadiums appeal to those kids who liked the commerical, nothing more. ...what in the hell is that logo on the red stadium??? Have we determined if the normal Hasbro releases of (Lunar) Bakushin Susanow, Nightmare Rex, and Vulcan Horuseous will be different from the Hasbro Video Game counterparts, other than the Metal Face? One thing is for sure, mass releasing previously hard to find beys with good parts is outstanding. Nightmare, Vulcan, 90, WF are all really good parts, especialy for the hasbro metagame. We really need 90WF RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - Raigeko13 - Feb. 05, 2012 From what I saw, it looked like an explosion/splash kinda of graffiti with XTS marked on it in the center. The releases of the game beys will be the same, minus the MF lol. Only downside to this is that their rarity goes down.. But when plastics were around, they released everything and it's all pretty much rare now. I think I might stock up on some NIP beys so in the future I can sell them for profit ;D I haven't tried 90/WF in my LF yet, I might do so someday however. I'm definitely gonna try MF MLD CH120XF, since it's like my fav combo now LOL. RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - LeonTempest - Feb. 05, 2012 As much as I want MF, to hell with spending $40 on mediocare games just for the bey. I will get one, probobly the one with the Stamina-Type Gravity Destroyer, as that one doesnt seem to be getting an individual release like the others, but that is it. I refuse to buy another version of Beyblade: Metal Fusion for the DS, just to get the limited Cyber Pegasus and MF, because I already have the Counter Leone and Bakushin Susanow versions. Although i will say that if I find the Cyber Pegasis Metal Fusion game at a good price, with a good deal or bonus item, or just the Cyber Pegasus on its own, I will snag it. Same with the Metal Masters games, it is really thsoe MF's I am after for the Metal Masters games, since the beys are now being released individualy. RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - kbuno50 - Feb. 06, 2012 They should at least put MFs inside double packs instead of "yeeh custim steekurs" RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - Annoying-Fork - Feb. 06, 2012 Eh, no room for complaining in those. Big Bang would probably confuse a lot of kids with being two words. RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - Raigeko13 - Feb. 06, 2012 >Cosmic Ok, I know I should NOT be mad, but I am really mad. RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - DynaZord - Feb. 06, 2012 I kinda like them. Destroyer is meh, but a lot of people called it that when it was being released, so nothing really too outrageous... I believe this has been said many times before, but yeah, repeating it. If you don't like the renames, don't call it by that EDIT: Woah... possible confusion? Gravity Destroyer and L-Drago Destroyer... this might not end good, lol. RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - Ga' - Feb. 06, 2012 Destroyer and Destroyer? lolwut. Cosmic? What's wrong with Big Bang? Oh look, they actually used the direct translation of Anubis to Anubius. Hasbro, wtf. That is all. RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - Kai-V - Feb. 06, 2012 (Feb. 06, 2012 4:17 AM)CRUelty Wrote: I kinda like them. Destroyer is meh, but a lot of people called it that when it was being released, so nothing really too outrageous... People did only because Toywiz published a stupid mistake in translation. Nowhere else was it written "L Drago Destroyer", but because Toywiz has a lot of traffic, kids took their source there and we had to correct them afterwards ... It still sounds very ridiculous. Destroying gravity is OK, but when you are saying that an L Drago Beyblade is a destroyer of L Dragos, that makes no sense ... RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - DynaZord - Feb. 06, 2012 (Feb. 06, 2012 4:26 AM)Kai-V Wrote:Really? I didn't know that. My bad ^^(Feb. 06, 2012 4:17 AM)CRUelty Wrote: I kinda like them. But the Destroyer... it just doesn't seem... right, since there's a Gravity Destroyer... RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - Annoying-Fork - Feb. 06, 2012 Variares will be interesting. I don't see it being left alone. No way. Also they will definitely change 'Hades' in Fusion Hades because they renamed Hell Kerbecs to Hades Kerbecs. :s RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - Raigeko13 - Feb. 06, 2012 They've already used serpent lol. I wonder what they'll do. XD RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - Kai-V - Feb. 06, 2012 Seriously, what is the difference between Destroy and Destroyer ? One is not even "less grave" than the other. There is no reason for this change ... RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - Lynxx - Feb. 06, 2012 I have a feeling that Hasderp will change Scythe Kronos. D: RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - Annoying-Fork - Feb. 06, 2012 Wyrm? If I recall correctly Quetzalcoatl is something vaguely similar that, though obviously different? Except feathered? RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - LeonTempest - Feb. 06, 2012 I could easily believe Cosmic, and maybe Anubius, but certaintly not Destroyer. Hasbro is OCD about name conflictions, so they would never dare call L-Drago Destroy "Destroyer" since the Destroyer MW name exists in both TT's and Hasbro's product lines RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - Lynxx - Feb. 06, 2012 (Feb. 06, 2012 4:56 AM)LeonTempestXIII Wrote: I could easily believe Cosmic, and maybe Anubius, but certaintly not Destroyer. Also when did Destroyer exist in TT's product line? O.o RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - LeonTempest - Feb. 06, 2012 This time I derped, not Hasbro, haha. Hasbro doesnt actualy "derp" as many think they do. To us it may seem stupid what they do, but in reality they get more $$, and that money always goes towards the continuation of the main beyblade line RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - Shabalabadoo - Feb. 06, 2012 (Feb. 06, 2012 4:46 AM)Kai-V Wrote: Seriously, what is the difference between Destroy and Destroyer ? RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - Kai-V - Feb. 06, 2012 Anubius has actually been confirmed in the anime a while ago and I did change the title of the Mercury Anubius thread and have been using "Anubius" in my posts ever since, I believe. RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - Hazel - Feb. 06, 2012 I like Cosmic Pegasis quite a lot, actually... and it is an understandable change if you are even remotely familiar with the popular stance regarding the Big Bang Theory in America. Hint: It is not supporting. Being that "Destroy" is not a noun at all, I like Destroyer more for LDD. However, the deliberate naming conflict is a bit silly. Anubius was just a really dumb spelling choice of TT's to begin with - hated it then, hate it now. |
