Agree 100%.
I was a bit disappointed after watching that Hell Kerbecs VS. a Hell Kerbecs Stealth Battler as it lost balance almost instantly. Unhappy
But gimmick beys are meant for fun(and not competition) anyways!

It worries me though, if they are allowed to be used at TRU tournaments. Which they probably will, and I went to one, and they allowed Tornado Battlers. So the Stealth Battlers in TRU tournaments worries me because it would make for unfair battles against the normal Beys.

I'm not worried about WBO tournaments, of course..

I found some videos:

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - -Vulcan- - Jan. 10, 2012

That Pegasus Jumper is totally the reincarnation of Trygle you guys!
The Stealth Battlers look kinda cheap, especially that Tempo one. I know they are suppossed to imitate the apperance of standard Beyblades, but I think Hasbro could've done it in a way that doesn't look so bad. Chief 2002 - Hmm ...
Oh and Hasbro totally missed an opportunity to add some customization to these things. They could've made the bottoms of these things interchangeable with regular bottoms. It would have been kinda neat (thought still useless for us).

Hey Hasbro, for your next line of XTS tops you should totally make a series of gyroscope beys (think Flame/Torch Pegasus from the plastic gen). It would actually be awesome and I guarantee kids would love 'em.

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - pingasus - Jan. 10, 2012

something tells me the one for horogium (or twisstud tempohs) is gonna have some insane recoil >.<
i may be wrong though, as i assume the one for horogium just springs straight outward (not flipping out)

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - Janstarblast - Jan. 10, 2012

That certainly doesn't matter, tbh.
Everything will have major amounts of recoil. Galaxy Pegy's Galaxy wheel is already known to be high on recoil...
The wings on Hades Kerbecs are not sturdy enough, and recoil is maximum in that... And for Tempo, as you said.
Anyways, its not going to see tourney use. So it doesn't really matter. Smile

I heard in some previous posts about a bakushin susanow starter coming... I found a vid with it!

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - Kai-V - Jan. 12, 2012

And it is still written "BB-122".

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - xSora10 - Jan. 12, 2012

That is ridiculous how they are using the BB codes. And they don't release all the products of Takaratomy, even. And they are even using the BB codes on the wrong products..it leads me to wonder why they did it. I cannot think of any other reason why they would do it except to confuse people who focus on the BB codes. Then again, not a lot of kids in America focus on that. They just look for the Bey's name.

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - Clonetos - Jan. 13, 2012

who cares about codes its being released thats important

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - Hazel - Jan. 13, 2012

The strange idea that all product codes need to be 100% identical doesn't make any sense anyway, since they have different release patterns and schedules.

Seems like people fishing for a frail attempt at something else to complain about in the presence of Hasbro doing something right.

Probably because that is precisely what it is.

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - kbuno50 - Jan. 13, 2012

Hey, I remember there being some mentioning about Tornado Striker/Zurafa a month ago, and this hasn't been posted, but a simple google search lead me to these pics:

Tornado "Striker":
Tornado "Zurafa":
More will be posted later.

So why even bother to give it a product code if it will arrive in stores before or after things that should be before or after it ...

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - Hazel - Jan. 13, 2012

Because, unlike us, most people shopping around are not aware of Japanese toy product codes, and like any other sensible person, do not actually care as long as the product works.

Product codes are still useful for wholesellers, retailers, and people who want to find items reliably online, and this one still serves that purpose if the individual knows what Hasbro is.

The world is not black and white - most especially the retail world.

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - LeonTempest - Jan. 13, 2012

For any product Hasbro releases from TT, any codes that are present are rewritten. It is likely because Hasbro is legaly obligated to have thier products with different numbers due to buisness contracts (like with the stadiums possibly) as well as too avoid people confusing TT from Hasbro products, most likely the latter. Hasbro also is not all knowing and were probobly unaware of BB122's release in japan. Even if numbers end up being the same for different products in some cases, that is irrelevent. TT has thier system, and Hasbro has thiers. Honestly its not like calling a beyblade BB is something original anyway...no need to hate on hasbro for no reason people. I have to agree with Hazel.

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - Hazel - Jan. 13, 2012

Speaking of Hasbro's off-series, the keychains of Thermal Lacerta, Galaxy Pegasis, and Ray Striker are now available online - there are quite a few on eBay from US Sellers, as well.

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - pyrus10000 - Jan. 13, 2012

There is also a Grand Cetus, Rock Zurafa and Gravity Destroyer Keychains. :3

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - Hazel - Jan. 13, 2012

I hadn't seen those while I was looking, so I did not mention them. However, it does appear that they are available now, too, yes.

Thank you.

You know im new to the game but have been busting my butt to get the skills I need and the knowledge I need to be elite, but when I read alot of the things some of you talk about it makes me wanna pimp slap myself in the face for not playing this game years ago and missing out LOL. I wanna do my part in my county and get this game alot bigger, because there isnt to much structure for it where I live in the US. I know aton of Card game players that are looking for something new that would laugh at me for playing this, but once I show them the mechanics they will come running. I wish hasbro would do more with promoting the sport/game. It doesnt hurt that I am a manager at toys r us so I get first dibs on US released tops lol even though I order online for rarer one.
Hazel thanks for being my own personal Beywiki , and dont kill me if I have more questions lol

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - sum 472 - Jan. 13, 2012

I'm going to be so pumped for Metal Fury when a key chain Kreis Cygnus is released, I'd buy 8 of them :3

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - Blad3r X - Jan. 23, 2012

Stealth battlers look like they'll be pretty fun, ive always wanted to do my own special attacks. :3 lol hmmmm, these probly wont be used in WBO play tho. Smile Cant wait to say "Pegasus special move" and then see my pegy jump out the stadium for the ultmate fail. Smile

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - sum 472 - Jan. 23, 2012

If customization with the Stealth battlers was possible, don't you think it would be limited in some way?
I'm not sure if Hasbro would allow a jumping beyblade that splits in half, and launches spiky plastic parts out in mid-air?
Making a new stadium with higher walls? 0__o

There is no news about them being anything real. Can you answer my post in the BeybladeBattles.com topic, and possibly post the pictures if there are any ?

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - Raigeko13 - Jan. 23, 2012

Those are quite some cool recolors, I must say.
Hah, that would be amazing if they released those... They're all for the most part pretty cool and well done.
