RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - amit93 - Jun. 26, 2011

oh yeah, i forgot about ldrago :$

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - th!nk - Jun. 26, 2011

Ahh, see, I've only had Black ripcords and haven't bought a legend starter since bull, my bad Uncertain

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - amit93 - Jun. 26, 2011

oh yeah, with the triple bey set (earth eagle, dark bull, evil/killer gemios) they gave a orange (same colour as hasbro beylauncher) ripcord launcher with a black ripcord and the flame saggitario value pack came with a blue ripcord. but those are the only unusual ones from metal fusion

I don't have even one legend bey... i might get a few when metal masters boosters come to UK tho, as i need a printed pegasus face, and i need bull and SF.

hehe, the only SF i got it the one on F:D

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - amit93 - Jun. 26, 2011

Im not a fan of those 4D multiple mode tips, have they changed the meta game significantly like the basalt wheel or 230 track?

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - Justaway - Jun. 26, 2011

No. The 4D bottoms(at least F: D) is used for anti-meta combos only so they didnt cause any significant change at all

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - amit93 - Jun. 26, 2011

ok thanks mate, just wanted to clarify because those bottoms havent proven to be ground breaking TBH

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - BeybladeStation - Jun. 27, 2011

Apparently Gravity Destroyer is out:

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - DynaZord - Jun. 27, 2011

That's not 100% official, we can't really be sure. He didn't show us a launcher (one we're expecting) or the box itself. But, it could be real. As again, we don't really know yet.

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - BeybladeStation - Jun. 27, 2011

Exactly what I thought. I'll try asking him to show us the box. He reminds of one spammer on YouTube aking fake videos, though...

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - DynaZord - Jun. 27, 2011

I doubt he will... some people are like that, usually that means their lying. But that's not ALWAYS the case, but I think it is here.

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - amit93 - Jun. 27, 2011

I agree, we cant just say its Gravity Destroyer unless we see the launcher or packaging.

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - Raigeko13 - Jun. 27, 2011

Well TBH, if it is fake, it isn't a SonoKong one Tongue_out It doesn't appear to be mold 2 of Gravity so there's a chance it won't suck! Grin

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - NightWolf7919 - Jun. 27, 2011

He didn't even launch it with a launcher. It's probably TT that he imported and he just wants it to seem like its a Destroyer. I'll be going to Target tomorrow (again) because last time I went, they said the shipment would come in last Friday.

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - Raigeko13 - Jun. 27, 2011

*sigh* I won't be able to beyhunt until like the end of July. Crying Being grounded sucks man lol.

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - th!nk - Jun. 27, 2011

I have no expendable money till the Tuesday after my tourney, but I want a Ray "Striker" before my tourney...

GAHHH!

That said, I've got like 5 Ray Wheels, it's crazy already.

Could be though, at one point at least, SonoKong sold Mold 1.

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - BeybladeStation - Jun. 27, 2011

I'm looking through his stuff and I have to say that it's more to be real.

He seems to be a boy who can't buy online, seeing that his Beyblades are Rock Leone, Storm Pegasis, and Gravity Destroyer. Totally resides in United States, apparently.

I'll ask for him to show the launcher.

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - th!nk - Jun. 27, 2011

If you can get him to do a launcher demo, so we know how it works, that'd be awesome. That way it won't sound accusatory or anything either, so he'll be more likely to do it Tongue_out

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - NightWolf7919 - Jun. 27, 2011

Alright, I won't shake him off just yet. It does seem a bit suspicious that the first supposed video of Destroyer doesn't show the packaging or even the launcher...

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - strikerlord - Jun. 27, 2011

i would murder for my toys R us to have galaxy pegasus. i've been there 3 weeks in a row, and they NEVER have it. I NEED PEGASUS II aND R2F! god...

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - th!nk - Jun. 27, 2011

You'd kill for the opportunity to buy a beyblade? Dude, you might need some serious help Tongue_out

Pegasis II is a pretty average CW, btw, and R2F is often hard to use.

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - NightWolf7919 - Jun. 27, 2011

I advise against buying a Galaxy Pegasus at all. The R2F is kind of weird, and tends to stall a bit the more you use it. Galaxy is terrible at attack and W105 is useless anyway. Ray Striker is a much more useful choice in every way. Ray has decent smash, D125 has some attack use, and a Hasbro CS is extremely aggressive and has great stamina

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - th!nk - Jun. 27, 2011

W105's only difference from 105 is the added sadness you feel everytime you look at it, from the realisation that TT decided to waste resources/time/money making pointlessly gimmicked tracks as an excuse to recycle a totally useless height, instead of including something worthwhile Serious

Edit: And yeah, totally not worth committing homicide for, as NightWolf explained excellently.

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - Callum6939 - Jun. 27, 2011

yeah, also although the Hasbro CS wears quickly, it then becomes perfect for defense.

if you want a lasting aggressive CS, the Sonokong version is the best buy, as from personal use it's rubber wears the least, the sonokong R2F also.

note: i've had my Sonokong R2F for 6-8 months, its still not prime Tongue_out
