Realy? I mean stop being biased to hasbro.Their molds are heavier and quality is also better.now I can understand the stadium carp but HASBRO IS MAKING GOOD PRODUCTS.
yea but what about ch120/ch145 thats the worst 10 dollars ive ever spent

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - ControL_ - Apr. 08, 2011

Good products? Legend Beys, $25 carry case, reaction chamber - This can go on. Hasbro are only following Takara slowly missing out parts not including. You are missing a very important two letters. "Remaking good products is what your looking at.

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - DragoonTalon - Apr. 08, 2011

I have to say, while Faces can break more often to me if their Hasbro, but Legend Beys, the blades that are better then the original versions, the staduims may suck, but still, you can still play with them. Hasbro also has Launcher Grips coming with Launcher Rubber, the sets that have a bey and other stuff for cheaper. AND my Hasbro Lightning wheel is better then my TT one. Sure, theres the mistake of the Wind and Shoot Launcher, but to make up for that, theres the Rev Up launcher.

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - Kai-V - Apr. 08, 2011

Are you saying that the Legend Series Beyblades are better than their Metal System version from TAKARA-TOMY ?

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - ControL_ - Apr. 09, 2011

I think it's very clear (i own every legend bey for collection purposes random use only) from general use and the legend bey testing thread that...

Legend beys suck.

Takara gives you a variety of colours for launcher rubber grips to choose from. You don't need to spend a whole load extra to buy the rubber alone.

Hasbro better than TT lightning? Tests? Proof?

WHAT? The Rev-up is seems a complete lucky hunch - At no point in any of the instructions does it say "Pull it hard once". The locking mechanism is trash and the gear pinion breaks easier than Hasbro's CH120.

Where's the other chunk of useful items Hasbro hasn't properly introduced as well as some ridiculous name changes.

Sure Hasbro has done a lot of good somewhere but those are just points to counter your false claims.

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - Wizard - Apr. 09, 2011

I don't get why everybody always complains about Hasbro stadiums. Who cares if they suck? If you don't like it, import, and just leave it at that. I'm kinda satisfied with what Hasbro is doing. Correct me if I'm wrong, but Attack types mostly dominate the Meta Game in Japan. I like how Hasbro is giving Stamina and Defense types a chance. Maybe stadiums might change and become better for Attack. But I like how Stamina and Defense is dominate for a while. But I have to admit, I'm kinda dying for a good Attack type battle.

Attack types are not dominating in Japan at all. Not at all. In my opinion, that is even why TAKARA-TOMY had been releasing so many Metal Wheels and parts that are good at Attack : to try to encourage more people towards Attack types, because winning combinations in Japanese tournaments are seriously very rarely offensive.

Attack types do not dominate in Japan, it looks like that in our point of view because we're so trapped by Hasbro. The domination difference between attack and defence/stamina in Japan is a definitely minute compared to the domination of Stamina/Defence and attack in Hasbro. Attack beys have less than 20% win rates for sure in Hasbro stadiums, at least it varies in Japan.

In Japan i hear they are not fond of using RF in the tournaments due how seriously the tournaments are taken? RF is considered a heavy gamblers choice therefore the Attack types really do not dominate competitively.

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - Pimpju - Apr. 09, 2011

Currently in our metagame, attack is no longer dominating.

CS based Hell Kerbecs and Basalt combos are dominating.

i.e, the "balancing the game" argument isn't relevant anymore for Hasbro.

That's why you remove the locking mechanism like AkirasDaddy did.

Hah, the Italians would laugh.
So basically it's a stamina game.
Because if there's no attack dominating, or even being used often, then the other two choices are defense and stamina(unless they have a super ultra mega balance combo Eee). So the better option is stamina, obviously.

But, that's all just assuming, based on what you wrote.

No, that is true. They use a lot of 100D and other low combinations, almost never any RF.

Does takara tomy host tournaments for them?

Otherwise, how do they have organized tournaments?

They have both official tournaments, and sometimes there are small "organisations" like WariBey, however I am not sure those are still as active. TAKARA-TOMY definitely has a lot of tournaments all over Japan.

Well, I hear that Cyber Pegasis is better then Pegasis, and the same thing for Counter Leone and Leone. I'm not sure about the others. And I don't mean performance for the Lightning Wheels, I mean durrabilty. The TT one I own is already broken

Then you heard absolutely wrong. Cyber is really not even as good as Pegasis, and neither is Counter compared to Leone. Both Pegasis and Leone are relatively good at Attack, Pegasis more, and Cyber and Counter just have nothing special at all.

And i'm pretty sure that would be considered an illegal modification. It was built to lock, removing that goes against the rules.

Right?

Right?

Yes it would. but i dont see why you would do that. it will just stay 120 or fall apart. i would never do that. Also, is spray painting the metal wheel a mod?
