By Counter leone do you mean the ds game or legend version? And I only know from what YouTube says about metal masters so I may be wrong but I sure hope they releas boosters because I'm wasting too much money for the beys because the launchers increase the price!

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - driger212 - Mar. 30, 2011

I'm just not feeling any of the Hasbro stadiums. As a 1st gen Blader, I feel that these new Beys aren't achieving their full potential. 1st gen Beys were made mostly with plastic and designed to battle in plastic stadiums (not that anyone here, including myself, didn't try to battle on other material) I mean, business-wise, plastic is the most suitable and cost-efficient. As a business-person, I understand why they don't change their tactics. But as a Blader, I feel disappointed with these stadiums. Metal Fight Beys are stronger and heavier than their ancestors and a plastic stadium isn't cutting it. Think about it: how many people in this thread would use Storm Capricorn (original packaging) in a battle? Why would you create a Bey that is carp in a stadium? Don't get me wrong. I'm not saying that the Bey itself is carp: I like Storm Capri and its design. However, the Quake tip makes it difficult to battle. Forgive me if I'm ranting. I'll get to the point: I would like to see better, upgraded beystadiums, to give all Beys an advantage. Right now, plastic stadiums give Stamina, Defense, and Balance types an advantage. I am currently (and slowly) making better stadiums for Metal Fight Beys. When it's complete, I'll YouTube it. And again, sorry for the rant.

I'm sorry to break it to you, but there is already a better stadium. Takara Tomy's Attack Stadium

Looked at a YouTube video of it. I'll admit, it's an upgrade.

It is still fairly unbalanced compared to Tornado Balance (with Plastics, not HMS) or Tornado Attack, but it gets the job done. Honestly, I'd love to see a Tornado Balance Medium (obviously renamed) released for MFB. In between the size of Tornado Balance and Tornado Balance Type S.

I wish the MLD and the Galaxy Pegasis set had recolors. I don't like the colors of MLD at all, the see thru grey was much better.

Galaxy Pegasis has number of recolors and other versions. Meteo L Drago even has Ultimate Reshuffle Set. Even Hasbro rolled out Triple Battle Set.

Wait, which recolors? And I was talking about LLD's transparent Clearwheel. Is there one from hasbro?

you wrote mld not lld, a typo i presume? hasbro has a gold l-drago energy ring and red lightning wheel if you want that...

Ya know, we should take action and send letters to hasbro in the thousands. seriosly, i think it would get into there heads if we mention it would make a lot of money due to everyone wanting it. Us, the bladers should also (probably impossible) Take a tour at the hasbro factory and bring it up in there faces. Far out of reach, but i dont care. WE THE CUSTMERS WANT GOOD PRODUCTS!

I assume he meant MLD, and by "the see thru grey was much better" he meant LLD's clear wheel was better than MLD's.

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - ControL_ - Apr. 06, 2011

Sunday 12pm - 2pm Canada Toys R us - Tournaments in ToysRus all around. No Age limits.

Info from the official Beyblade (not WBO) page on Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/pages/Beyblade/121092117911869

The info on there is always this vague, they claim tournaments are coming to the US soon, nothing known about UK.

Quote:Burning Beyblade Questions Answered:
1) what is Beyblade: Metal Masters? it's the next season of Beyblade (after Metal Fusion, also known as Metal Fight in Asia).
2) when will Metal Masters air on TV? This Fall.
3) Why are there only tournaments in Canada? There will be tournaments in 30 countries. We are announcing as soon as the plans are final in each country.

That's about it - Nothing too competitive.

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - Kai-V - Apr. 07, 2011

Wow, perhaps Hasbro finally learned something with at least no age limit ... Hopefully they can learn more about stadiums now ...

I think I can predict that this "no age limit" is not forever though, I am sure they will bring back this restriction at some point.

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - ControL_ - Apr. 07, 2011

Well these are the qualifications or whatever - I don't think they will be recording any of the battles or keeping track of the winners at this rate. Just looks like a messy free for all but at least it will keep Hasbro kids happy.

I think as "WBBA" begin to get more competitive the age restriction is definitely coming back - It's just not in their heart to allow everyone to enjoy bey.

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - Kai-V - Apr. 07, 2011

Well, there is still hope, I will try to get in contact with the person who manages the official Beyblade Facebook page, who is strangely from Nelvana ...

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - Serotonin - Apr. 07, 2011

Controversial as this opinion might sound, I actually don't think the idea of tournaments without age limits is really that great ... Divisions, not limits, are really what Hasbro's organisers should be aiming for.

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - Kai-V - Apr. 07, 2011

Well, the manager of the official Beyblade Facebook page confirmed to me that it was only for those few tournaments. The rules and format for the real tournaments are apparently still a work in progress.

Maybe you could suggest to him the way's that we play in tournament's (block round robin, double elimination etc...)?

They might be separated by ages. Like the Pokemon TCG, they have 3 divisions depending on your age. That's probably what Hasbro will do since.. Well, here is an example.

Kai-V attends Hasbro tournament. Kai-V has to battle an 8 year old. 8 year old uses Dark Fireblaze H145BS. Kai-V uses MF Lightning L-Drago 90RF. (It's super effective! XD) Kai-V wins. 8 year old cries. Kai-V doesn't know what to do. Dude sits on 8 year old. Kai-V and Dude feel awkward. <---- Just my thoughts on the matter. XD

They will probably divide it by age. You never know exactly what Hasbro is doing. They could even change it before the Tournament. Tongue_out

Realy? I mean stop being biased to hasbro.Their molds are heavier and quality is also better.now I can understand the stadium carp but HASBRO IS MAKING GOOD PRODUCTS.

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters [HOBBY] - Pimpju - Apr. 07, 2011

Although it's technically right to say the "quality is better", there's no real conducive evidence that points toward Hasbro parts being more durable.

I'm pretty sure the quality thing started out as an assumption that since Hasbro's parts weigh differently, and they didn't confirm the materials used to create them(or at least the metal wheels from memory) they would be made of better materials since Hasbro has larger resources to draw from.
