RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion [HOBBY] - lord Wolfblade - Nov. 25, 2010 maybe its a optical allusion RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion [HOBBY] - Blaze Wheeler - Nov. 25, 2010 (Nov. 25, 2010 7:41 PM)lord Wolfblade Wrote: maybe its a optical allusion You mean "Illusion"? Allusion is a reference, I believe. RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion [HOBBY] - Aikemi - Nov. 25, 2010 It isn't an optical illusion, but I'm pretty sure that was a draft. If you look on the outside next to the logo, there is a groove that goes up the wall. But when you look on the inside there are no grooves or changes in the shape of the wall of the stadium. When I saw it in person, it had the "thunderbolts" Lightning Force does going along the walls. I didn't take any pics since my cell was dead, and don't really want to go to K-Mart since it's Thanksgiving, plus, tomorrow is Black Friday so they'll probably be gone by Monday. If they're there, I'll take pics, if not, just wait until they refresh pics and you'll see. But for the sake of it, I'll give an accurate description (or as accurate as I can be) The size of the stadium is identical to its predecessors. The name "Maximum Stampeded" was often abbreviated as "Max Stampede" in the paint that decorates the center of the stadium. Also, the stadium had the icon of Bull, that is, the image on Dark Bull's face minus the text, in various sizes all over the center. There may have been 8-14 of them. The three circles where the craters were supposed to be present were still illustrated the same way they are in the image, they just didn't have any indentations. When looking at the walls of the stadium, they had the thunderbolts that the Lightning force stadium has in the same areas, which may be determined by looking at the two stacked upon one another. The pockets are the same size as they've always been. The only thing that seemed to differentiate bettween LF and Max Stampede is the Stamina Center along with the ridge. The ridge seemed to be closer to being a 90 degree angle, probably so beys would not simply go over it as they did with LF. The stamina center appeared to be larger in Max Stampede when compared to LF, but that may have been a tricked played on by the paint patterns and the colors of the respective stadium. The slope appeared to be just a tad wider in Max Stampede. That is all. RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion [HOBBY] - lord Wolfblade - Nov. 25, 2010 sounds like hasbro is making slightly better stadiums and yes i ment illusion RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion [HOBBY] - Kai-V - Nov. 25, 2010 (Nov. 25, 2010 7:53 PM)lord Wolfblade Wrote: sounds like hasbro is making slightly better stadiumsArguably 'different', but not really better. RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion [HOBBY] - LeonTempest - Nov. 26, 2010 a slope change like this might benifit attack types...i will see if i can obtain this and then test it. thank you for this information. RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion [HOBBY] - Annoying-Fork - Nov. 26, 2010 Honestly, and this applies to no one in particular. I think nobody should be playing the Disciplining-Father-Figure, none of us are even going to ask why some act the way they do because it is personal. Ninja EDIT: I mean, leave pointing out someones blatant mistakes to the mods, let's not assume everyone's attention span is the same. On a related note, I wish Ldrago was more common here, as well as Pisces and Gemios. Arlington TX to be exact. RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion [HOBBY] - Kai Hiwatari - Nov. 26, 2010 Off Topic-See this is what I mean, people will make random posts where they do not belong because they are wanting to mouth off. If you really want to try to be a smart carp with me, then send me a PM. You didnt even mention a single thing regarding the topic subject. Thats two times now, lets see if you can go for three, Champ! On Topic- I definitely agree REtread, I have yet to see LDrago's in stores yet in TN, other than the Vortex Battle Set. And I was lucky enough to catch the only Pisces and one of the few Gemios I have seen so far. I have seen 1 earth eagle, other than the 2 or 3 packs that they come in. Hopefully since the holidays are here, more will be brought out from the back. RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion [HOBBY] - LeonTempest - Nov. 26, 2010 hopefuly that will change...the LLdrago and Earth Wolf Face off Set might be in stores...i will have to check locally RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion [HOBBY] - Kai Hiwatari - Nov. 26, 2010 The two sets I have found with Earth Eagle in it are the 2 Pack set which contains Earth Eagle 145WD and Dark Libra ED145SD. I found that one at Target and then I found a 3 pack at Toy's R' Us that had Earth Eagle 145WD, Dark Bull H145SD, and Evil Gemios DF145FS. But yes I really hope it changes as well. RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion [HOBBY] - Annoying-Fork - Nov. 27, 2010 It's pretty much been like that every generation right? It seems a little wishful to expect their stadiums to clean up to where they matter in value and quality. RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion [HOBBY] - LeonTempest - Nov. 27, 2010 (Nov. 26, 2010 2:42 PM)LeonTempestXIII Wrote: hopefuly that will change...the LLdrago and Earth Wolf Face off Set might be in stores...i will have to check locally note to self...never see if items are in stock on Black Friday...a local Taregt had 1 Storm Peggy, 1 Dark Bull, approx 20 Dark Wolves (apparently that bey isnt very popular, either that or it was over stocked), approx 10 Super Vortex sets, a few string launchers (i bought 2), a rapid deploy case, and 2-4 of each electronic bey except for Dark Wolf, which was not there. oh ya, and some PTWS. Mostly yellow. All the blue ones were gone. Target usualy has so much more. They usualy have more and different single packs, some more battle gear. Also the lack of LF and Mobile Stadium means they sold out quick, and it seems Faceoff sets are pretty dam popular, as there were none left The thing i have notced with the Hasbro MFB market; they either over stock or under stock on thier certain products. wierd if you ask me Happy Black Friday! RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion [HOBBY] - MXD1080 - Nov. 27, 2010 I've noticed that all of the metal fight metal wheels (and HWS clear wheels) are almost all named after constallations (example: pegasis - pegasus constellation , sagittario-sagittarius constellation).Well there are 88 modern constellations right (google it , it is 88) so that means that after 88 metal fight metal wheels and or about 88 clear wheels (or more because some clear wheels reused some of the names of previous clear wheels , like the two pegasis clear wheels) , metal fight/fusion beyblade will run out of names , instead of making new beyblades will just make new combinations of parts , anime and manga will run out of new characters , and finaly they will no longer make anything newstuff and after about 3 to 5 years the metal fight beyblade will become obsolete and be replaced by a new generation of beyblade and the fate of the metal fight beyblades will be the same as the fate of the plastic and hms generations of beyblades . if you think about it they'll run oun of ideas probably in 2012 and somewhere in 2014 to 2015 a new generation of beyblade will come out along with a new anime and manga and metal fight/fusion will no longer be sold . They'll become as rare as any of the plastic generations are right now RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion [HOBBY] - blah - Nov. 27, 2010 (Nov. 27, 2010 11:39 AM)MXD1080 Wrote: I've noticed that all of the metal fight metal wheels (and HWS clear wheels) are almost all named after constallations (example: pegasis - pegasus constellation , sagittario-sagittarius constellation).Well there are 88 modern constellations right (google it , it is 88) so that means that after 88 metal fight metal wheels and or about 88 clear wheels (or more because some clear wheels reused some of the names of previous clear wheels , like the two pegasis clear wheels) , metal fight/fusion beyblade will run out of names , instead of making new beyblades will just make new combinations of parts , anime and manga will run out of new characters , and finaly they will no longer make anything newstuff and after about 3 to 5 years the metal fight beyblade will become obsolete and be replaced by a new generation of beyblade and the fate of the metal fight beyblades will be the same as the fate of the plastic and hms generations of beyblades . Wow, no kidding ! I think you are the first to find this out however some members in the past had mentioned this quite a few times, though not to the extent of explaining it in such detail. RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion [HOBBY] - MXD1080 - Nov. 27, 2010 i dont think the previous generations had this problem though RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion [HOBBY] - blah - Nov. 27, 2010 Dude, this was so plainly obvious, even right from the very beginning. I was being sarcastic before, shame you didn't get it. D: Seriously, read up about MFB first before making useless comments like the ones above. RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion [HOBBY] - Aikemi - Nov. 27, 2010 Admittedly, I thought you were being serious too, hah. MDX: They've been using many other figures that do not appear as constellations, as well as special editions and such. I believe TT has passed his 100th release. No word of Burn Fireblaze or Thermal Pisces, though. Also, took a pic of Max Stampede since I (unexpectedly) went to K-Mart today. Only had my cell, so quality isn't that great. (This is for you, Leon =P ) [Image: 112710140130.jpg] So, yeah, there are no craters where they "should have" been. I took some others, but there is a healthy amount of glare on the area in question, so... RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion [HOBBY] - Shabalabadoo - Nov. 27, 2010 Wow, what a way for habro to milk it. Just make relatively the same stadiums and make little kids beleive that each one is better for battling. RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion [HOBBY] - Aikemi - Nov. 27, 2010 Yea, it is essentially the same as Lightning Force. I do believe it has a wider slope and more of a stamina area, though. The ridge seems to be at < 90 degree angle, not only based on observation, but if you take your finger and rub it against the ridge, there is more resistance as opposed to other stadiums. This was probably done since it is just about impossible for an Attack type to score any hits since it will continually go over the ridge, hit the wall, and repeat, until it either gets caught on the ridge and/or just loses energy. RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion [HOBBY] - LeonTempest - Nov. 28, 2010 that is definatly a good thing though. better for attack types, which in the hasbro metagame, are inferior to defense and stamina types. Attack i wish my stores have the max stampede...i have only seen LF in stores on 2 seperate occasions...once when i got it, and then 2 months later at a random store. after that, i only have seen PTWs, sometimes mobiles, and always Super Vortex's. hopefuly, i get stampede soon, so that i may test it. one thing is certain though, the pics showed a prototype of the stampede, and not the final product, which is now clearl thanks to these pics. Thank you Aikemi.
