Some told me and showed me a possible Chouzetsu spriggan and said they found it here on the wbo but i cant find it so would anyone help?

I think it's safe to guess that your friend has mistaken a new Spriggan recoloring as being a Cho-Z Beyblade. There's some recolorings of Legend Spriggan and Spriggan Requiem in the latest booster that is a mix of God and Cho-Z Beyblades.
It's in this video, right?
Only Winning Valkyrie, Z Achilles, Emperor Forneus, and Crash Ragnaruk are Cho-Z Beyblades in the B-111 random booster. The rest are God Layer Beyblades. There is no Cho-Z Spriggan news.
