I hadn't noticed too much activity from WBBA besides the app, but in Japan, they've been pretty loud about burst.
Someone just jog my memory here.

I think Hasbro and TT work separately regarding WBBA events, etc. It's only a matter of advertising and promotions on how they'll come up with a WBBA event.
