Where is tournaments that near at my address so I can go but They're all too far? What happen if I wins the tournaments?

Go into the Beyblade Communities forum and use the search box you see in it. Enter in the name of your state/province or country. Then, see what threads show up. In that forum section, people try to find who's nearby and organize things.
If it turns out no one is running any tournaments in your area, you'll have to put in effort to get one going if you want it. You need to organize it yourself or support someone else to do it.
