How good is it because I might get a strike god chip and ultimate reboot

Not very, too light compared to current top-tier Layers and very recoil heavy which causes self Bursts like Legend Spriggan's left mode.
Ultimate Reboot is too inconsistent and has slow starting speed which is bad for attack
