I've used MOJ a few times for big lots, but maybe they have changed their policies in the last 2 weeks...

i bought a dark dragoon and the fee was 1100 yen

The fee is totally different from the shipping cost...
1100 yen for the fee...
600 for shipping to the MOJ warehouse....
and with a heavy lot...
$40-70 shipping to the US lol
If you don't believe me, buy it and see. You will be sad when they take your money because you couldn't pay the total cost.
