If you go at the top of the site, there's a "More" button. Then, there's a "Rules & Resources" link in the dropdown menu.
Quick link here, but now you know how to always find it.
Read the Organizer's Guide and then the rules for the format you want to run. There's a lot of good info in there. And then, if you have questions beyond that, just ask away. Lots of organizers here to give advice.
