...that ALL HASBRO PEGASUS' come with a right launcher? WHY? I mean, they are made for hitting in left spin... Is there any way to turn a right launcher into a left launcher?

It's because the Pegasus Clear Wheel is compatible with the Right Spin Launcher only. If you tried to put it on a Left Spin Launcher it will just fall off.
Also, no you cannot modify a Right Spin Launcher into a Left Spin Launcher. The Left Spin Launcher has different prongs and gears
