Is this considered a mod? - Cuza Ackerman 1 - Apr. 03, 2018 Ok, so over Spring Break, I decided to switch the feathers of my Valtryek's (as shown below) since I have so many. It's a fire and ice mod without the paint or anything, but since I switched the pieces of the energy layer, I'm wondering if this is a mod or not because I REALLY want to use it in a tournament!
