Burst Priority, if the opponent bursts he/she loses

Depends when the opponent bursted. However, it is extremely difficult to tell when a burst and a ring-out happens at the same time. Burst priority covers it so that the one that bursts loses.

Hypothetical Situation, if you spin out, but before or at the same time as your bey if your opponents bey bursts you win because of the spin out being less costly than the burst.
