I don't know what to get first, legend spriggan or a super z beyblade. There is only 2 left of the super z beyblade I want. But I've been waiting forever to get legend spriggan, so what should I do

Go for the bey you've waited forever for. Emperor Forneus is the most promising of the 3 Super Z beys out so far, from what people have been seeing, but it's not so fantastic that it's above God Layers.
Take a look here at the discussion of the "best" Super Z bey and the thread for Emperor Forneus.
But yeah, it sounds to me like you'd be happier with Legend Spriggan. But that's only my opinion.

Legend Spriggan
Advantages:
- Excellent Right Spin Attack Layer
- Versatile Dual Spin Attack
- 2nd heaviest Disk with the greatest Stamina and excellent Attack and Defense Potential
- Left Spin Mode is inconsistent even against other Left Spin Layers
- Teeth wear out quicker than others
- Driver is inconsistent at Attack and has poor Stamina
Advantages:
- Heaviest Disk in the game with excellent Attack, Defense and Stamina Potential
- Driver makes for an excellent Atomic alternative
- Teeth do not wear out
- Layer does not have good Stamina
- Layer does not appear to be better than Spriggan Requiem for Defense
- Driver, while good, is not as good as Atomic
