Guys, do you know how to get Maximum Garuda (Takara Tony) without spending too much money? So far I've only bought standard editions, never Random Booster, and I do not know exactly how!

the best way would be to buy Random Layer Collection Vol.8 on ebay it will be about 50$usd and will automatically come with mG (red color) as well as, sT kD a2 &i2 (layers only though). its cheaper than buying a confirmed mG combo from Random Booster Vol.7 which will be like 70$usd on ebay, and safer than buying a couple rbv7's hoping to randomly get the mG
