Atomic is really good but heavy is outclassed by 7,4,and 0

Atomic is too tier can be used with pretty much every stamina or Defense bey. Heavy is a dual layer disc meaning it can have a frame but that’s ok, the point of heavy was to be heavy and it’s just not heavy enough anymore
