Question: couldnt find an answer anywhere.
So I know you can’t use TT Drivers on Hasbro Energy Layers cause it destroys them and gives them unnatural Burst Resistance, but what about Hasbro Performance Tips on TT Layers? They seem to slide on MUCH easier that the inverse, and seemed natural enough. Anyone know if it damages or makes the layers illegal?

It's illegal due to the parts not being compatible. Even if it was legal, nobody would do so since doing so would kill Burst resistance
