How can I make my beylauncher launch smoother? the string sometimes gets stuck halfway.

to troubleshoot this issue, i would first open the launcher up and make sure no gears are stripped and to make sure the pull path of the string is unobstructed by worn items.
i’d then *ultra lightly* mist the whole inside down with silicone spray as a lubricant (not tournament legal). reassemble and test for sticking again.
if it still sticks after that, i’d disassemble and pull the spring assembly wheel out, and rewind it making sure to follow the winding direction symbol on the outside of the spring assembly wheel.
if it still sticks after that, toss it.
