Profile picture - Joeyk - Dec. 30, 2017

I am trying to change my profile, but it won't let me. Does anyone know why?

Maybe the profile pic takes up too much space? I was going to get a moving one, but it was over the space amount.

But every time I do a picture that has the right amount, it never works.

I am using a pokemon fusion. The site I edited it on was Pixlr.

FYI, mine is broken too. Same symptoms. Been that way since New Years.
