Bad news - BurstMaster - Dec. 21, 2017
Last night my family's basement flooded. Everyone is safe. All my stuff except for the furniture is safe. I know this probably breaks forum rules, but I just wanted to say something. Almost all the furniture is ruined. The basement is going to be ripped up for a while. They are treating this as a category 3 because they don't know if the water is contaminated or not.

I heard my dad say anywhere from $10000 to $15000
